Contact Info – Where is it?

Call me, maybe?

This is my biggest pet peeve about websites.

Contact information should be easy to find on your website. REALLY EASY. Please (I beg of you), list your contact email and phone number on your website. Email addresses and phone numbers must be SEPARATE from a contact form should you decide to use one. If you meet clients at your office, your address should also be listed. Bonus points if you list a mailing address (though I will give you a pass to protect the privacy of your home). Put this information on your contact page and in your website footer (so it shows up on every page). This is seriously important and seriously overlooked. Go and check your site.  I’ll wait.

All set?  THANK YOU!  I wanted to make sure we got things started off right. If it’s cumbersome for people to get in touch with you, then we don’t have much of a marketing funnel do we?
