Marketing Strategist, New Business Development & Project Manager

Path & Compass is growing and in need of a full-time marketor-of-all-trades who naturally sees the big picture, has a knack for details and loves working in and with small businesses. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, a creative problem solver and can self-manage. Must be able to prioritize and follow through on multiple projects for various clients while pitching in when and where needed. At least 2 years of hands-on marketing, and/or business development experience required. Past work with small businesses a plus. Responsibilities include:


  • Prospecting new business, including regularly attending networking events and client functions (some evenings & weekends).
  • Brainstorming & management of client projects including communication, timelines and budgets.
  • Content creation including writing & formatting blogs, email campaigns, website updates (no coding) & social media feeds.
  • Contribute to the development internal systems.


Expect a position with lots of autonomy where you will be working one-on-one with the business owner on the company’s growth and direction. This is a full-time position with lot os growth potential. Candidates should expect to work an average of 40 – 50 hours a week, Monday – Friday at our Nashville, TN office (flexibility to work from home 2-3 days/week).
